Baking Soda Exfoliator

This is a great exfoliator that you can make at home straight from the kitchen.  All you need is a little bit of baking soda (Karbonat) and your favorite cleanser.

  • Start by squeezing a dime size amount of cleanser in your palm and slowly sprinkle the baking soda or (Karbonat) into the cleanser and mix it until it makes a paste.
  • Splash your face with a bit of water and gently massage the cleanser/baking soda mixture in small circles with your index finger all over the face.  Remember to not over do it, if it starts to sting or hurt too much then you are massaging too hard.
  • After about a minute or so rinse clean and slather on your favorite skin moisturizer!

I recommend using this quick and budget friendly exfoliator up to twice a week, but not for everyday exfoliation.
